I spent 11+ years as Head of Client Services and Operations in creative agencies. Across all my different roles and responsibilities, there was one thing I kept doing (and doing well).

And that’s helping businesses - big and small - create things.

About Me.

Four months after the birth of my first daughter, and deep into the 65th Melbourne Lockdown, I decided to end my well-established career in Creative Agency Land and go solo.

Why? Winging motherhood and isolation wasn’t stressful enough. I needed a true mental and emotional crisis.

From guiding startups with creating their brand and marketing assets, copywriting for leading FMCG agencies, and helping companies with content strategies and design - my business morphed into a consultancy model. Now, four years later, I continue to help businesses Australia-wide, with all their creative needs.

Services.

I have had the privilege of managing end-to-end campaigns for some of Melbourne's top arts, education and entertainment centres, property developers and real estate firms, as well as NFP and government bodies.

This gave me the insight, relationships, and skill to truly understand how the creative process work, what clients want from a creative partner, and which designer/ strategist/printer/photographer etc is great at A, B or C.

I love getting my hands dirty in cradle-to-grave brand roll out and production, creating impactful experiences with particular passion in copywriting.

 

What I do
for clients.

  • identify, clarify and translate the brand
    identity they want

  • write copy and establish the correct Tone of Voice and Language to use on all collateral

  • act as an intermediary between clients and creatives - facilitating communication and ensuring that everyone is on the same page throughout the entire process

  • manage all budgets and timings, including negotiations with creative freelancers to align with client’s budgets and deadlines

  • engage and manage the right creative and/or supplier to execute requirements

  • occasionally act as emotional support human, providing literal and metaphorical shoulder during times of stress.
